When you sign up we collect your name, email, phone number, and country. When you subscribe we collect payment details (plan, amount, method) and any payment receipt you upload. We also collect basic usage data to operate and improve the service.

To create and manage your account, deliver tips based on your subscription, verify and confirm payments, send you service emails (welcome, payment confirmation), provide support, and keep the platform secure.

We rely on trusted third parties to run JB Predictz: Supabase (database, authentication and file storage), API-Football / API-Sports (live scores and fixtures), an email provider (transactional emails), and an AI provider (Groq) for the chat assistant. They process data only to provide their service.

Receipts you upload are stored in a private bucket and are only accessible to you and our admins for the purpose of verifying your payment.

We use cookies to keep you logged in and to remember preferences such as your theme and selected sport.

You can update your profile in Settings, or request that we delete your account and personal data by contacting us. We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.

We use industry-standard measures (encrypted connections, access controls, row-level security) to protect your data, though no system is 100% secure.
